Default HELP: Bad torque converter or tranny?

I recently have some prob with my 97 accord, I hope I can get some help in here. It can get into any gears just fine, but no movement. When you let it cools down for a long period of time (about 2 hrs or so) it works fine in every gears but can only go for about 20 yards then it just acts like it's in neutral.
The fluid level was fine but really dirty, and I just changed the fluid with HONDA ATF and it still acts the same. Anyone know what go wrong with my car? TIA

with out testing, I would have to say trany time.

you know that there are codes that are thrown from the TRANY CM (control mod)

Might want to try to pull those, but from what I have seen from tranys in the past, its time to replace that bad boy.

Good luck

I got code 15 from the tranny CM which is mainshaft speed sensor. But after fluid changed & reset there's no code.

Is it normal to have 2 clutch packs toasted at the exact sametime?
