GC. You can adjust the height of the car.

I have the teins and they are real nice but lower a little too much

I've had Tanabe springs, Eibach pro kits, Suspension Techniques and gound controls. I love the GC's due to the ride quality and the ability to adjust the height of the car... I am also using Tokico Illumina shocks. Good Luck
