As far as I know, No! You should still be able to use the same size bearings as before.

once u get the new arp rod bolts pressed in, the machine shop will have to hone the rods to make them a perfect circle. and u can still use the stock bearings (no need for oversize bearings) and u dont need to do anything to the crank. i put arps in my LS rods, had them resized the rods, put in ACL bearings and checked the clearances on the crank. everything was perfect. just plastigage the crank when u install everything
