Sputter under boost

i have a turbo 2000 hatch cx... when i hit anything above 5psi, at mid to high revs, my car will sputter... i have lost in many races with this... help please

How long has the car been Turbocharged? It may be your internals giving... Do a compression test, you may not like what you find.
