No. The fire rings on a B18 head gasket will be bigger than a B16 and smaller than a B20.

Are you trying to put a used head gasket on your car?

If that is what you are trying to do don't even bother. It will blow within the first 100 miles. Bite the bullit and buy a head gasket.

I just said no four times. How much clearer does it need to be? Do I need to drive to your house, kick you in the nuts, burn the head gasket, and then force you to get an outline of my nuts tattooed on your chin?

yes you can use this on a b16 engine, the bores should be the same for OEM it should be around 81mm. B18 and 16 pistons share the same bore. In my b18 i used type R HG with a B16 head. so im sure it works.

I believe this is correct... both Mugen and Spoon list ALL DOHC VTEC head gaskets as having the same part #. I have a Spoon head gasket for an ITR on my B16. It's been on there for about 2 years now and I've yet to have any problems at all.

You're a fountain of misinformation.

Maybe you should stop posting.

An ITR headgasket will work fine on your B16.
