A friend of mine had a set of Tokicos that he was able to return by calling Tokico directly and sending it back in, and he didn't have a receipt. They say to go to the 3rd party dealer on the website so everyone won't call them without receipts expecting refunds. Get the number off of the website and explain that you don't have your receipt, and they will probably let you send it back for a replacement. hope that helped.
will they take a credit card and send me out a newly rebuilt one then i can pull my blown one off my car and send it back in so i am not with out a car
Has anyone done this???

Just ride on it until you can get another set. Tokico doesn't deal with consumers. Believe me I've tried. The only option you have is to go to a retailer and see if they will claim it anyway.

Well i dont have the reciept does anyone have any thoughts on this? I think its stupid you have to have the reciept when it boils down to things these are still tokico struts in which is there company.

To get your car temporarily running (limping) go to a salvage yard and get a used strut. That will give you time to take care of the problem properly and let you make a better decision as to how to get back solidly planted on the ground.

lol, receipts are needed, because look at the company way, if you didn't have it, everybody would try to rape the company and they wouldn't make any money
i think your illuminas broke because you had it slammed or the spring rate was too stiff, my blues were good with rsr 1.5inch springs
good luck
