Default flywheel/clutch question

first off, i need to install a flywheel cover..would i need to remove/drop the tranny to do that?

second, i have a b18c1 mated with a ys1 cable tranny. would i be getting the clutch/flywheel for the b18 or the ys1 tranny? hope that made sense
