Default Help, B16 running lean - Etest Probs

Hey Guys,

I was having problems passing emissions in Ontario and I had my Cat converter tested and it was shot completely. It was only 2 years old. There was basically nothing left of it.

My original numbers were something like this

High speed test -
Limit Result

HC 78 133
CO% .44 .90
NO 907 3161

Idle

HC 200 406
CO 1.00 0.8
NO N/A N/A

And my new numbers are like this

High speed test -
Limit Result

HC 78 54
CO% .44 .01
NOx 907 2156

Idle

HC 200 154
CO 1.00 0.02
NO N/A N/A

My NOx numbers are still really high but everything else dropped drastically. I am assuming with such high numbers my car is running really lean. It seems to have no jump and just all around feels like crap. We tested fuel pressure which seemed fine, we checked the timing and it's bang on. Not sure else where to check from here. I also changed the fuel filter.

Anybody?

You did replace the cat right?

What fuel pressure are you running?

Have you changed the O2 sensors?
