Just finished installing jackson racing supercharger on B16A del sol. When half to full throttle is applied the engine begins to sputter a few times and then backfires. The car does seem to idle really well(but that seems to be the only good thing)The sc has a 8psi pulley and a FMU is being used for the fuel. The car also has stock injectors and stock fuel pump if that helps.
Things that I have checked and replaced:
-Timing(7 degrees BTDC), new spark plugs(correct gap), spark plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, cap and rotor.

Try putting this in the forced induction section of the site. Might be more beneficial for you.

 

there's your problem... FMU...

 

Jackson racing superchager kits come with a new hi flow fuel pump and bigger injectors. That might be ur problem.
