First and foremost, find out what the problem is. Don't jump to conclusions.

What is the condition of your shifter linkage bushings?

What is the condition of your shifter linkage?

Do you hear any grinding when driving?

How does your clutch pedal feel?

Have you done any transmission work recently?

Bingo @ #4.

Might be your clutch master cylinder. Check for any leaks inside the cabin, in front of the clutch pedal where it goes through the firewall.

Bleed the hydraulic system and check if it helps.

Bleed the system and check the pipes and lines to see if your losing fluid anywhere.... Check the slave cylinder too....
