i dont see my injector resister box

I dont see my injector resister box. Could my car run with out one? Is my box on the right side of my engine to the top corner? If so i dont have one, could somone help me out or show a picture of the box on their car or somthing?I need to know because it might fix my injector problem.

put a pic of yours up it should be easy to spot little metal box or twinky looking thing
