It's disrespectful to allow more than one person to tune cars in a particular geographical region.

jeff evans is probably the only tuner i will ever go to again
by far the best experience ive had building my car

 

There is a guy in Central, PA that is a great tuner. His name on here is: 93turbo16 and his name is John. PM and talk to him. He does a really good job and he has access to a dynojet dyno. He charges really reasonable prices and he is great to work with. He is from near the Carlisle area.

i was looking for another tuner in PA for the Power Excel program by Apexi...Jeff is going to be setup as of August 11th, and we were looking for someone to compliment Evans in the state. We are considering KD Rotary, since Jeff enjoys tuning all makes EXCEPT rotary (tho he is more than able to do it), however, for now it seems Jeff is the man for Power Excel in PA.

a kid in my town has an rx7 that was tunnned by kd rotary. needless to say... it wasnt running very long. and didnt start for ****.

ya, im not knocking KD, im just going by what i saw, i dont know the "whole story" on the kids car.
