Default Do you have to buy 5 pt. harness when using Sparco Torino's?

is the 5 pt. harness a must, or can you use the stock seatbelt?

i'd feel kinda gay buckling everything up and strapping down just to go buy some milk....

also, is the seat comfortable? i sat in one at the auto show and i'm hooked!!!! but questioning the comfort after cruising for an hour. any input would be appreciated.

thanx.

jason

p.s. any pics or torino's would be appreciated

I sat in one at a local shop, and the quality is pretty good (well, okay I guess, but way better than all of the cheap-o seats). They are huge, and very heavy. Also, as long as your seat base will allow you to bolt in the OEM belt clip, you don't need a harness. Actually, the torino won't accept a 5th or 6th point anyway, just the 4 point, unless you cut it.

Sparco lists them at 37 lbs!!! In contrast, my Corsas are only 16 lbs. I don't know how much the OEM seats weigh off hand.

Yes you can use the stock seatbelts on the Torino's.
There is a little cover on the side you take off and unscrew the bolt. Then put your stock seatbelt in its place.

And yes they are very comfortable. But no fat chicks will fit in you car
