Default Dyno Figures Seem Low

I recently dyno tuned my '00 Civic and the figures seem a bit low. I thought I'd ask for some opinions and/or suggestions. Here's my setup, let me know what you think.

USDM B16A2
Mild port & polished head
Hondata s200 w/ JDM P30 ECU
AEM v2
Spoon Sports 70mm bore TB
Skunk2 IM
GReddy OE replacement header
OE catalyst
GReddy EVO
ES motor mount inserts
Skunk2 stage2 cams w/ gears
Skunk2 TI duel valve springs
Skunk2 TI retainers
Skunk2 high compression valve
Toda 11.6:1 CR 81.0mm forged pistons
Eagle rods
OE crank
UR crank pulley
NGK laser platinum's
Nology Hotwires

Here's the numbers: 170 whp & 107 ft/lbs

I know the OE replacement header and OE catalyst are holding me down but, I think I should be getting figures a little higher than this.

all set ups are different. you can't just buy parts and expect good numbers....or, surf H-T for that matter and compare your dyno to others. there are too many variables. i think that your set up is just a bit off. your t/b, in my opinion is too big, i have yet to see the v2 intake perform well on a dohc vtec motor, as you know your header o.k. at best, you have an oem sized cat....... its all about the proper set up and combination of parts, and your is just off a bit. i mean, do expect good numbers, yet you know that you have an oem cat and an average header? can you post the plot? i've seen stock b16's w/ctrs cams and bolt ons make close to 170whp, with definatley more tq. and s2s2's are pretty big for the 16. and i noticed that there is no mention of an aftermarket im. with those cams and these motors, you'll need to spin the **** out of it to make good peak numbers. i'm sure an itr style im would yield higher peak numbers. anyway, good luck with the project.

as far as the numbers i dont no, but i no it would greatly free you engine up to put a nice 4-1 header on there, and replace the cat with a test pipe. also try switching to iridium plugs, this helped my engine in the upper rpms enough to notice. other than that just get a good 13:1 or a little leaner tune on it, and mess around with the cam gears and you should be good to go. o ya take that intake off and put a normal short ram intake on it.
