Default WIll a new manifold really benefit?

Well if you havnt seen my other post im building my gsr its a 2.0l turbo drag kit turbo with the drag turbo manifold. Now I was wonering Im going to be making about 600whp but would a lovefab sidewiner 2 with a 4" downpipe help make that power better or would it be fine to keep my drag stuff?

Thanks

yes, a true merge collector will help a whole lot more, not to mention the wastegate placement on the drag manifold sucks ***. now with a sidewinder 2, i would reccomend getting it ceramic coated as it will help aid in spool up due to the fact of the long runners and the overall surface area of the manifold that is subject to airflow, thereby cooling the exhuast gasses. its not that big of a deal, but oyu will see a 200-300 rpm spool up increase.

the 4" downpipe will also help spool up times, but if that 4: downpie is getting routed into a 3" exhaust then the larger downpipe is pretty much pointless

there are cheaper options than the sidewinder. IMO the runners are just too long and it delays spool up due to thermal losses. a good equal length manifold will help a good bit and costs less and you can still run a 4" dp with one. i personally ceramic coat everything. the turbo i order i had the turbine housing and compressor housing coated. as soon as my manifold is done im getting it coated, my downpipe, and the wg bottom.
