ok I have a 89 Accord LXi 5spd and want some more power. And have Been Looking into motor swaps and I cant find a b20a anywhere. And from what Ive heard you can swap a B20z from a crv into one I think. But this motor I not VTEC correct. Would THis swap be worth it and what kind of mods can be done to the B20z And could you put all the VTEC components onto one to make it VTEC. Im new to hondas and am not sure what is compatable with what. Thanks for the help.

these motors mount differently, so swapping in the CRV motor would require the same work any other b-series would. the b20 that you're looking for mounts just like the a20 that's already in your car.
