Is a Mini-Me swap worth it?
I have heard good things about this swap. It is supposively cheap and easy. What do u all have to say? No i dont want to know about how b series engines are better: I am going into the Marines in less than 6 months so all a complete swap would do would just sit and rust. Thanks for all the help.

I did a mini me swap a month ago. Took me like 8 hours. $200 for the head and $50 for gaskets. Still have a few minor problems here and there but the car runs. In my opinion the mini me swap is worth it, especially those without too much money and want alittle extrea kick from there no vtec motor. If you have the money and time, go for it. And if you need help let me know.

i'd do it if i had $$$ for it. i'd rather go fully built though...more $$$ and more whp though...if i got the motor for free, i'd do the swap myself...even if i've never done a swap before...

Why not just buy a soch v-tec? they usually go for around $400-600. How much are you going to spend on the mini-me?

id like to spend as little as possible and i am going to do it myself. So a whole sohc vtec engine would not be worth it i dont think. I mean i will be gone in a few months and it will be sitting for a while
