yup, carbon hood, rear hatch, and sunroof plug. Seats also remove a big chunk of weight.

take everything out of the dash u dont need
take out the abs
and any other accesories u dont need

dry ice is the easiest way!! i was using just a screwdriver yesterday to scrape the under carpet sound deadening material out, today i got a chunk of dry ice and left it on for a few minutes, the stuff cracks right off!
