Recent Purchase...
got this recently....for $350, the car starts, the tranny is beautiful, absolutely NO GRINDS, i was really surprised, the odometer had close to 129k, so the motor's a lil tired..
only 1 previous owner, dodged a deer, hit a tele-pole, bent the front crossmember, titled up the rear x-memer, the mounts are shot/twisted...and all in all its an Si , so it had all the goodies..but something wierd was the driver door, its an 88 door, and someone welded on the 88 seatbelts on the pillar too, really wierd....but besides that its got everything the 91 Si has,
just pulled the motor out for now and stripped her down...the motor will be thrown into my 1st crx(at 189kmiles with a blown head gasket), , which u see behind the my current crx outside the barn-garage...

the threesome?

a lil artistic side of me

the goodies

stopped here for today, will continue tomm.

I LOVE MY CRX's!....and why is that all/EVERY EF owner wants more then 1...its some sort of love,
Happiness is ...CRX shaped
CONTIUED:
just swapping motors fromt the wrecked(left) to my first crx(right)..nothing big, just more pics of the garage by demand!...its a huge cluster **** as is rite now but ill add some pics after i'm done with everything...

wish i would've taken this pic with the hood latched down

gnight

my iron mask

everything seems to be going smooth..with the swap...hopefully i'll have my current crx daily driven crx powered by a b-series, but a b16 swap looks like a lot of work and i'm afraid to attempt it with no experience in swapping in b16's...if anyone's local and wanna help sometime that would be great..but i'm just gonna stay bone-stock for now...

yea the first one (the one behind the other outside)...was given to me by my uncle, who was the original-1 owner, bought it back in end of 89....so its like we're the first owners of the car and all..kinda cool and that first crx is what got me into this and all..but yes they're both mine..

$200 from advance auto parts, this is only the 3rd motor i've pulled with it, but i think its the best bang for the bug, the only thing i wish the end casters swiveled too but i'm thinking abt welding some swivel casters on the end of those long bars on the bottom, but for now only the side with the hydraulic pump has swivel casters...

the plug you're looking for is on the inside passenger side, by the tail-light but under the lip. it has a square clip that holds it to the sheet metal, and the square clip will be seen when the rear interior is removed.
