i did the jdm b16 swap in a 91 civic si and also converted it to obd1 and got my p28 chipped mugen chip one problem is the when i had a stock p28 ecu the car would start but would run rough and when i give it gas it would cut off but if i use starter fiuld it would stay running so i think i wasn,t getting enough gas so i went and get the ecu chipped but one other thing that also happen was that my main engine ground wire is getting real hot so i over looked all the wire and the wire was good what do u think the problem is


now that got the chippd mugen ecu the car won't start at all i'm getting gas and spark all fuses are good and if i use starter fiuld it will act like its going to start but won't what does that mean please help
