Anyone know this kid personally or dealt with him pm me. He owes me on a junk VTEC head he sold me. I just want my money back or a working VTEC head. I guess i wasn't the first to deal with this guy and have problems. I got address and phone number...called him, left voice messages, even pm'ed him and gave him nearly 2 months to reply but no response...knock knock?

My "maning" up usually resolves to my *** in trouble with the law...as i said before...i don't need this **** and don't want it to end in this way...im just giving the kid a chance...you'd complain too

 

some ripped me off and lived closed to me. id go to his house and make him pay. doesnt pay up, black eye. still doesnt pay up broken jaw.

Go to the kids place and tell him straight out you want to resolve this is an adult manner.... if he chooses not to resolve it, go file with small claims court. problem solved.

 

dude i live in real close to saukville,,,,saukville is full of white trash lil bitaches and i aint kidding plus i think the kid is only like 17 or 18 according to his profile if i member just go there and flip ****,,,hell be scared shitless and im sure you can get your $$$$ back

 

^^^ I don't put race into the matter....frankly, i wouldn't care what race he is...he is young...i think you're right about the 17-18 age range...I gave him a call and finally got ahold of him...just allowing some time...we'll see what he comes up with.

Also i got recipts of the head when i sent it into Carquest

 

WOW civicboisi do these people even no the full story....dont think so u shouldn't be calling me out on something thats ur fault....So the story goes like this. i put my vtec up for sale cause my block threw a rod and yeah the engine was shot. i bought a b16 and in the process of dropping it in "civicboisi" pm's me wanting the head. so we meet up i show it to him. tell him what happened showed him the hole in my block and what not. told him the engine burned coolent and oil he saw all the gunk on the head and i just told him he could get rid of that with some special cleaner or w.e....ne ways even after seen the condition of the head he still bought it and not only did i sell the head i gave him a aftermarket header and fpr. along with stock t/b, intake manifold failrail ect. for only $100. then i get a call like 3 months later from "civicboisi" saying that hes been trying to get ahold of me for the past 2-3 months. so he tells me the story about the head being **** and what not. now he wants a new head or his money back. now i want everyone's opinon and what i should do cause i shouldnt be doing **** about this cause its a used part and i told him everything about it.....

Now bring on the FLAMES!!!

First off...you stated to ME that YOU had a VTEC head for sale...you pmed me FIRST...NOT the other way around...don't make up **** or put words in my mouth

Second, after i seen the condition of the head...HOW the hell would i know that it's still good with all that crap all over the head?! Yeah, there was a hole in the block, yeah, there was oill and gunk on the head, but YOU still said the head was GOOD!

Third, i have the recipt from CARQUEST with the DATE as to when i RECIEVED the head back! Like i told you, i had the head sitting at a local shop for a few short weeks because i wasn't sure of the condition...thus having them sending it in to get it checked out...

Would you slap on a head right away? Or have it checked out to make sure everything was good before doing so for an extra 50+ bucks im not even tripping about?!

Would you sell a head you KNEW was junk???!!!

Im not even pissed about the head not working as much as knowing that a local fellow HT member sold me a head KNOWING that it was junk and still trying to blow it off on me as if i did it?! Or wasn't trying to get a hold of him after a few months?!

I've spoke to the guy you sold that alternator to...spoke to mods concerning this issue too...

the header...cheap *** brospeed header that he thought was a DC header ...D16a6 intake manifold and a fuel pressure regulator he didn't even know what it was till i told him All for an extra 25 bucks?! You wouldn't pay that?! That's even besides the fact...i paid for it, and it's mine

And yes, now i want my money back or a new head...you shouldn't be doing **** cuz it's a used part and you told me everything about it?! I think you should...you knew all along the head was junk, soo eager to sell it, and even offered me other crap along with it...you sold the bad head, you should refund it or get me a new working head. Plain and simple. I gave you more then enough time...and my patience is running up...no threats...just promises.
