Default korbach frame lock Another EG6 user review

Well what can i say..... it came in a nice box.

The installation was very easy and simple. It took me less then 2hr to install it. While i was installing it. I figure out how this thing actually work. Basically it use the existing reinforcement bar and add the brace on the side, it acts like a huge strut bar. At least that's the way i see it.

Right when i drove it out of the driveway i notice a difference already. No kinding. The car is a lot more stable at high speed, steering is a little heavier and steering reponse is somewhat a little quicker. But there is one draw back; there is wheel spin.

korbach claims that it will reduce understeer. I quess i'll find that out this weekend AutoX at Stockton Fairground.

I have had a set on my 93 hatch since early May. I am still very happy with them. Bump for a good product.

This isnt bald tires, this is a frame stiffener.

explain to me then how something that stiffens your frame allows you to spin your wheels faster.

Less chasis flex allows more TQ to be applied to the ground...IE the force is not mitigated or alleviated by any type of shock absorbtion by the body of the car.

Kthnxbye.

We are talking about locking the impact bar to the unibody. If we were talking about putting in stiffer motor mounts in, I could see a difference happening. But locking the impact bar is not going to produce enough torque transfer to see noticable wheelspins consitantly.

Id like to see charts to show otherwise.

And I am in no way trying to discredit Kaiba, there are a lot more factors at hand (especially when you consider he only took a 5 minute drive).
