Wheel Bearings

How do you get the damn things to go in right, i have been through 3 of them now and every time i put them in the wheel is loose. I have pushed both sides in and it still is loose. any help is useful, thanks.

Were they pressed in?

yes i pressed them in right i just dont know why they dont work
