Default anyone hide their cd player?

im replacing my cd player with some gauges and i plan on hiding my deck somewhere. im not sure but im thinking either the glovebox or under my seat. has anyone ever done this. i know that then it will be sorta weird to use it because i dont have a remote, so im also wondering are their cd players which dont require a face so to say..sorta like..it has some cd changer which is hidden and then it has an attachable remote which u can mount someplace??

Well you can hide it in the glove box. ive done that on a few DA integras. it actually works really nice.

With a little work you can hide it in the stock location, mount Hu in stock location, but recess the unit a 1/4" or so, remove the face off your stock HU, [it will come off] grind off anything on the back, glue on any ***** that are loose, the use it as a dummy plate over the aftermarket HU, the trick is to recess the aftermarket HU just enough so when you cover it with the stock face it looks stock 94
