Default fast oil leak from crank pulley

I have a ton of oil dripping out from under the crank pulley when the engine is running. I took off the oil pan and noticed that the previous owner didn't put the two screws in the lower part of the timing belt cover, so the seal is loose. I put some screws in and put a bead of RTV, but of course that didn't do anything. Can someone tell me what's going on with this? I didn't know that the timing belt cover held oil into the engine. Can I just replace the timing belt cover gasket? Or is it a seal internal to the crank?

If it matters, it's a 90 Civic Si, with an OBD0 SOHC ZC motor in great condition.

Prolly crank seal on the oil pump housing. Maybe even a crack in your oil pump? Pull the timming cover off and run it for a couple seconds and see where it is coming from.
