Anyone ever seen a CR-X G-Special with the tweed SiR seats?

HA, wrong...

Actually, the G-Special Edition was only availible to members of the group "G-Unit". Since the group didn't exist when the CRX was being produced, distribution was understandably limited...

Tweed sucks.

ok i have to admit that was funny..

"but seriously folks..." there really was a JDM "G-Special" model :-)

it was the model in which the glass roof was introduced ... in the beginning of 1989.. before there was a SiR (which came out later in the year).. it also was the first AFAIK to have the power folding mirrors...

anybody know anything about this car?

i have a feeling pics of the interior would be very interesting ;-)

hmm..i wonder if the center reflector panel says "CR-X / G-SPECIAL" on it.. or if there is any Honda OEM "G-SPECIAL" badging :-)
