u want to empty out ur reservoir? well just keep on bleeding and adding more fluid its a tedious process if u got a friend make him help u. this is the process, pump cluth ten times, there is a little purge valve next the the header on the passenger side on the tranny. when he pumps it the tenth time tell him to hold it in, loosen the little valve and squirt out comes brake fluid do this repeatedly and keep on adding fluid untill old fluid is out. hope that helped.

he said he was changing the brake fluid not the clutch fluid
he said he was changing the brake fluid not the clutch fluid
heres the easiest way to do it...
Step 1: Get your mom, girlfriend, little sister, neighbor, or someone who can help you out to sit in the drivers seat.
Step 2: Drain ALL the old fluid from the master cylinder. Use a turkey bastor, or something that will suck it all out. Clean out the gunk at the bottom too.
Step 3: Fill master cylinder with new fluid. Fill it to the top.
Step 4: get an old water bottle, put a small 1/4 hole in the top. grab some clear or black hose and jam it down the hole till it reaches the bottom. stick the other end on the brake caliper fitting. this way when you bleed ur brakes your fluid will be collected and they will be no way of sucking up any air because the end of the hose will be submerged in brake fluid.
Step 5: goto the back right wheel (passenger side.) have your "helper" pump the pedal a few times to build up pressure. three to five pumps works fine. When they have made the nessesary pumps, tell them to hold the pedal while you crack open the 8 or 10mm fitting. Open it just for a split second to let the bubbles out. Make sure your helper does not lift his or her foot of the pedal while the valve is open.
Do this about 4 or 5 times per caliper. do it till you see the new clear fluid coming out of the tube, if there are still bubbles, keep on going. it shouldnt take more than 8-10 times per wheel. Start at the passenger back, then move the drivers side back wheel, then goto the passenger front, and finally the driver front.
any problems, pm me for help.
