Default degreeing/setting cams? b16 with comp/zex 57200 plz help (ecu .bin included)

I bought a 94 del sol VTEC from a friend of mine recently. It has zex/comp 57200 stage 2 cams .. .490/.450 lift, 283/283 duration. It still has the stock cam gears and a stock bottom end. There are obviously no clearance issues as the engine runs fine up to about 8800 (skunk2 valve train).

Anyways, im going to buy adjustable cam gears very soon and i really dont understand degreeing cams. I've been told that by having the stock cam gears, my cams aren't really at 0 degrees. I dont have a dyno session planned soon or anything, i just want the cams to be at correct timing.

My question is, if i get adjustable cam gears and set them both at 0 (since i dont have a dyno to see at what degree they both make power), will it be the same as using the stock cam gears?

btw, my complete setup (in case anybody wants to make any suggestions/comments):

b16a3
stock bottom end
skunk 2 springs & retainers
zex/comp 57200 cams
Type R intake manifold
B16A2 throttle body
Iceman CAI
Megan Racing 4-1 header with 2.5" collector
2.25" exhaust
fidanza 7lb flywheel
stage 1 clutch
self chipped p28 with p30 maps, stock ignition with fuel tuned with WB02
NGK V-power bkr6e
MSD wires

also here is my ECU .bin if anyone wants to take a look at it.
