we just finished swapping a LS motor into my friends Si, and its throwing code 14, or 15, i cant remember which one he told me, it has a 94 LS motor, and a 91 ECU, so cuz u guys with code books, tell me what those codes are?? TIA
14 is IAC code, the plug for the IAC is a common 2-pin honda plug that can easily be plugged into other/wrong sensors. Check to make usre all the connections are proper and plug go where they are supposed to.
I just recently fixed an 89 CRX HF with the same problem, the IAC plug was plugged into the useless sensor on back of the Integra block.

would this cause the engine to idle low?? b/c thats the whole problem right now, and i think that is what the problem could be..
when i had an open in the wiring for the iacv my car would not idle until it fully warmed up...the revs would just drop and the car would die...i had to raise idle to like 1100 just to keep it alive...check to see if u left the sensor for it unplugged...if it is on securely check the wires for continuity...if they are getting power then it means two things either ur iacv is dead or it just need to be cleaned...it is very easy..take off the two bolts connecting it...i just shoot mine with brake cleaner and its good to go...if u dont know where the iacv is, it is located on the back of ur IM facing firewall...there will be two coolant lines running through it. good luck fixing the problem...if u need more help just pm me

well the thing is, that i dont even think that there is a plug on the harness for the IACV..there should be, i kno, but we cant seem to find it... i will take off the iacv and clean it, but i will check again to see if i plugged sumthin into the wrong spot...( its a 94 LS in a 89 Si, with a 91 LS ecu..)
should have a yellow and a green wire on a white plug... check green for continuity with ground I think, and yellow with A11 maybe? at the ecu. not sure on which pin, but look it up and try stuff...

ya, we have all the other plugs in the engine bay plugged in , and their are no other open plugs to go into the iacv... there has to be one somewhere, ill check all the other plugs in that area, and see if i can find it..
sometimes it just falls down in the engine bay...just trace your wires u will find it...i cant see why the plug would not be there...unless someone prurposefully removed it
