Default TWM ITBs sticking

My TWM ITBS are sticking at low RPMs, under 3500. They have the new style linkage on them and other than that are great. What can I do to get them to fully close. I searched for topics on here but didn't really find anything helpful. I have the dual return springs on them as well.

Did you get them used or new? make sure the hex rods are adjusted correctly if you bought them used and also check the idle adjustment screw.

Had the same problem, got frustrated with them and got rid of them. They are great new, but with time, little parts use up so fast!

I got them used from TWM, they were calibrated before I got them, so I didn't want to mess with the hex screws/hiem joints. I'll look at the idle screw and other things, I may put another big spring on where the 2 return springs are already.
