I am getting my PM-6 chipped, and I was looking for info for a starting point for rev #'s. It is a D16Z6 head, on a totally stock D16A6 block, manifolds, etc. This is my daily driver/beater, so all I want is something good for the street/highway.

The PM6 will be chipped with a VTEC output, and Z6 maps. If anyone has any hints for the above #'s (vtec, launch control, and rev limit), I'd like some starting points...

For rev limit I'd set it at 7K or so. VTEC activation somewhere between 4800~5200. If you can get the car on a dyno, that would help immensely, then you would be able to see both your hp and torque graphs.

 

Stock block: Fuel cut at 7300rpm.

Vtec, again stock redline, and stock engagement is 4800.
