hey phil, i was curious about this myself, although what is the real point of dropping your car 3 inches? do you have 22's or something?

yes, if you get the coil-over springs or some actual full coilovers... i dont think so on the whole lower 3" with just a standard lowering spring though...

the lowest springs ive seen are around 2.5..

if you want to get lower, you can use a 2" lowering spring, and then run Koni Yellows. they have an adjustble spring perch, and you can set them lower

id get some REAL coilovers, and a 3" drop seems kind of "over-dramatic" on an accord unless you are on big *** tires

i bet your stock shocks are either blown already or well on their way out...for safety issue, you need to find a shock that will mate to these springs with some sort of longevity (read koni yellow)...otherwise you are just going to be bouncing all over the place...

dude i had my car dropped 3" and take my advice its a sucky *** ride on the real. you will have a headache by the time your done trying to find something to mate those springs or coilovers with. 3" drop on an accord is too much dude and thats the truth i kept mine at 2.25f 2r. and my car looks hell of clean right now i finally found it and i kept it there. i spent money on that operation alone so i hope you know what your dude

speak for youself dude. i couldnt be any more happier with the ride quality w/ my extremes. the springs are "soft" but doesnt bump uncontrollably though. granted that i am still on stock shocks, i am very well aware that a set of performance (for lack of a better word) shocks would increse the handling ten fold.

and no, my shocks are not blown yet, and thats after over a year of driving. a full set of coilovers will be my next suspension mod, and i will drop it 3 inches agian, if not more. and no, negative camber is currently not an issue before you ask.

i also agree w/ Nick H that any spring/coilover should be mated with a nice set of shocks for the ideal ride. i dont think anyone can disagree with that.

anyone else that i have known to have these springs feel the least bit regretful after purchasing them, shocks or not.
