Default Taking out an h22 from an EK?

I need to pull out my H22a out of my EK but ive never done it before. Is there a write up on how to pull the motor out? I have searched but found nothing. Not everyone is born knowing how to do that..lol...what do i need??? and how do i do it?

Any help would be appreciated.

pretty easy....just take out the axles, disconnect the shift cables..take out ur rad, disconnect all vacuum lines etc and wiring, fuel line, take off the hydraulic "thing" that goes on the front of trans(so u dont have to bleed it later), then lift the motor out...
