Need help w/ zc vtec throttle body and fuel rail/fuel feed line
OK, so I had a z6 swapped in my DX, but it was shot(I just got the car). So I got a ZC Vtec and some things vary. The ZC has a MAP Sensor on the TB the Z6 doesn't have it on the TB. What do I do?
Also, the fuel rail/fuel feed hose w/ the brass O fitting on the ZC is considerably bigger than the one my car currently has. What do I do. I could switch the fuel rail from my old block (z6 and put it on the ZC, but don't want to cuz ZC's is cleaner and want maybe and easier alternative. ) Can I possibly buy the bigger brass O fitting hose?

for the throttle body, unplug the plug going into your map sensor on your firewall. once that one is unplugged, plug that into the map sensor on the throttle body. U wont need that other mapm sensor on the firewall anymore so u can just leave it there or take it out, doesnt matter

yeah, thought about even swapping that over.
hey forgot to mention the map sensor case *where it's bolted on is broken, both sides) Can I just keep the firewall mapsensor?
Another question the header base that bolts to the downpipe is different from what's on the z6 and the ZC has a 1 wire o2. Can I just change the z6 header and keept the old 4wire o2 w/0 mods?

I went from the stock DX motor to an OBD1 SOHC ZC.
I reused my old fuel line and rail.
Use the O2 that goes to the ECU.
If you plug the TB map sensor, you can reuse your firewall map.

sweet great help. To plug the TB what do I put in it?
Don't really understand the O2 to ECU you're talking about? Do you mean use the o2 sensor that corresponds to the ECU that I have right now(p28)? if so that's the 4wire.
