Nice to meet you, glad to hear of another local ITR owner. Welcome.

However, your signature is incorrect. All 2001 ITR in Canada have the all red alcantara (suede like) material.

One of 15? Wow... I didn't realise my car was that rare. But I've seen 14 others like it in Vancouver.... yours must be fake.

Johnny,

Sorry you couldn't make it. Edwin and I have our summer plans all mapped out. Your going to have to do some homework if you’re going to keep up

The meeting was fairly quite. Andy did eventually show up, and Edwin got some SS brake lines.

We will have to set up another FK evening before the spring thaw. It was to bad you didn't make the 150-lap enduro (actually turned into a 180 lap race). Bill and I placed third thanks to a couple black flags on my part and Bill getting buried into the tires for half a lap. Oh well next time.

Regards,

I got it a little under $750CAD all included from A&J Racing
You are in van. so it should be even more convient for you to get it.
BUT, when I order it, Ben (owner or employee at A&J) told me the kit they sell me is the last one. I don't know is it true or just business trick (I am buying it anyway so it doesn't matter to me).

btw, i am planning to install it myself

Definitely! The FD will go into my car along with my fidanza FW. We can chat about it during the next meet up! Thanks in advance!

As for the catch can, someone bought it for me from the State, it's catch a decent amount of oil for me now. I don't think it's 100% necessary if you have a stock engine, the vacuum created in the head will suck in the oil vapour without leaving any oil in the manifold (I just use some physics logic).

As for RA, I would stay away from TEIN unless you will take your shocks out every winter. The perch will seize out after probably 2 winters. However, RA does dramatically improve the handling of the car, but not as streetable as B2. A more comparable version will be B6 and I don't have any experience over that.

hehehe maybe there should be a separate meeting from now on for 1997 ITRs since they are so 'rare' and have different front and *** ends. j/k

Why meet specifically with 2001 owners only? To discuss the red seats? Are you having problems keeping them clean? Hope to see you out to a meet!
