Default Overheating 91 accord lx

Ok so here’s the deal, about 2 months ago my 91 accord lx was overheating, so I took it to the shop and they told me that my a/c condenser was bad and was working my fan that hits the motor die out because I had done that check with the a/c to see if both fans came on and sure enough one didn’t come on so I got both of those things replaced and when I got it out the shop I was happy to drive my car, but when I drove in hot weather, up the freeway( the freeway was sort up steep and I was driving up with the a/c on blasted) the temp. Needle started to creep up again so after that I was like crap. But, after that I went to buy coolant for my car and after that my car didn’t overheat, well I never went back up that steep hill again in hot heat, and now my car after 2 months overheated today and it was really bad. Ok my question to you guys what could it be now main relay, water pump, radiator, any way of checking it?

P.s ok so I did the check again with the fans today and turns out when I turned on the a/c both fans turned on but when I turned off the a/c my cars temp. Needle was at about 4/5 almost to the top of the red zone and guess what the fan that was hitting the motor off.

Did it overheat while your car was at idle? It could be the thermostat.

it depends where the leaks is at frt rear left or right could be hoses. radiator, water pump, heater valve, ,, i would do a pressure test and see where leak is actually at and also i would put some money aside and replace all the sytem cooling hoses on your car if it has not been done including all the bypass hoses
