I have a 1999 honda civic with 100,000 mileage.. my engine shuts off
automatically at low speeds (10 -20 mph).. it happens only once in a week..
Any idea what could be the problem ?

Your going to have to be more specific. Is the car auto or manual, were you in gear or neutral, did it shake like hell and turn off or just quietly stop, and were you accelerating or on the brakes. Anything else you can think of add and you might get an answer.

 

It's auto. i was accelerating and it quitely stopped. when i started the engine it started just fine without any issue

 

how long has it been doing this

 

for the past 2-3 weeks . once per week
