Default ek no power please help any ideas. thanks

i swapped a b18b into my 98 civic last summer and got it running good, then a few months ago replaced t-belt,water pump etc., installed endyne breather kit, new radiator, new intake manifold, and new header. now when i fired it up for a test drive it has no power, it idles smooth, consistent and dead revs fine but when i put it in gear and try to drive it loses all power, i had to rev to 5k just get over speed bump. i already checked timing and its fine. Any suggestions on what it could be?
the only code in system is o2 sensor.. HELP Please.......

Exhaust and intake manifold checked for leaks? Thats all I can think of right now....hell timing would have been my first guess.

Check the condition of the spark plugs. Then do compression test.

And check timing once again.
