The sohc vtec head will fit on the d15 block (do a search on minime)
The dohc d16 head from the teg will not bolt to the d15 block
what integra are you comparing to the civic? If you are comparing a gsr to the civic with a d15 then thats probally why. The gsr is more rev happy than the d15
