Engine Management Required light

i got a 96 accord special edition...

so what's wrong when it turn red???

and how can i make change it back

its on a (i believe) 15,000 mile cycle, its just to remind you to take you car into honda so they can rape you for more money. there should be a button next to it, push it in with your key
