My dx is my first honda and my first stick as well. I shift fine but im not sure what rpms im shifting at, i can tell by ear but i want to get it down pat.

i dont have a tach either and i can shift fine, you shouldnt have to use it anyway... the only reason i want one is too make sure that im not overreving when i get on it
