ok my speedometer will bounce from 0 back the 60. i had this problem with my tach so i changed the distributor and that fixed it. it will also bog at about 7000 rpm.. please any input will be appreciated

fixed im just really frustrated with this car i fix one problem and another one comes.....

 

So your speedo is bouncing? and your bogging? Did you check your VSS?

 

ive checked all my fuses from under the hood to the inside fuse box... ive checked my speed sensor and all my grounds. what exactly is the vss

 

ok disregard the "what is the vss" question. i have no cels and why would the vss cause my car to bog

 

How certain are you that your tach is dead on?

 

Stock gauge clusters in 5th gen EG/EJ's are prone to problems. Swap it and you will probably be fine.
