1990 honda accord ex fuel mangement, what is available? what is good? where do i get?

I want to know what options i have for fuel management on my 90 accord ex 2dr. Also i need to know where to get it. I don't want an aem controller cause there rediculously expensive, but i need something that alows me to controll my mixture to tune my car. Also any sites that have good prices and a variety of performance parts that would fit my car would be apreciated.
