OBD 2 B series into an EG...
keep your stock eg engine hardness,
-you will need to get OBD1 b-series dizzy
-you will need OBD1 alternator or you can splice the alt eg hardness and OBD2 hardness that came with your swap and color match them to plug into the OBD2 alt or vice versa.
-and you need OBD2- OBD1 ECU conversion hardness or get a OBD1 LS ECU
i think thats the wiring issues you'll run into... but there might be more to it, if i can think of i'll get back to ya... GL with the swap...LSVtec Boost is better

Yes I checked the FAQ's... It was a turbo Y8 and I sold it today. I'm starting something new.

That seems almost too good to be true! I was going to grab an OBD 1 P75 or something. If the chassis plugs are the same, I shouldn't have any wiring issues if the OBD 2 B18's harness is intact?

no thats not true the plugs on the dizzy and the alt are not plug an play and they will not fit...trust me i did the swap my self and had to modify the wiring to fit... the ECU hardness wont fit as well.

Just use the OBD2 engine wiring harness, that's much cheaper than sourcing all of those OBD1 parts.

Correct.
Correct.
ok, it's been covered all ready a lot of times but here yah go.
get the OBD2 engine harness, keep your OBD1 chassis harness.
plug them together at the shock towers, move a couple wires. Your done.
that's how I did mine, '00 teg into '92 civic. I moved three wires total and I have a VX. (which requires the O2 wire to be moved, DX/EX/CX do not)

well, yea if the OBD2 hardness came with the swap then ignore what i said earlier.

It's harness.
It's harness.

Good. And if the OBD 2 harness is not intact, I'm going to use the OBD 1 CX harness and splice the plugs that I need (dizzy, injectors, alternator, etc) from the cut up OBD 2 harness. The jobbers usually cut the harnesses at or near the shock towers, so I should still get all the plugs I need anyways.
Alright, I'm good. Thanks!
