my car is squeaking, its driving me crazy and i have no idea what it is, i think its comming from the passangerside rear wheel, it sounds like one of those rusty old miniture windmills. its really hard to figure out because i can't get it to happen when the car is still, only when i'm driving and hit a bump, then it starts squeeking for maybe 5 or 10 seconds then stops, and i can't exactly try to pinpoint it while i'm driving, unless maybe i strap a frend to the side of the car and drive, but non of my friends will go for that(wussies), any suggestions?


oh yeah, its an eg hatch

 

its probably your bushings. get white lithium grease and spray the bushings on the rear lower control arms and sway bar bushings if you have one...
