thats normal for a NON LSD car,
but the grinding 3rd and clunking axle isnt.
you need to stop full throttle shifting into 3rd and adjust your clutch cable
and you need a new axle, you are supposed to replace it at teh first sign of clicking while turning, beoing as it clicks going straight means you driven on it fucked up for a while and its prob gonna break completely soon

normal. its the tranny fluid just moving around putting a slight force on the non-engaged gears.

What has happened is likely your drive shaft boot around the joint ripped and you have lost lubricant and/or debree has gotten into the joint. Over time the lack of lubricant will put enough wear that will render the joint useless. The clunking is the result of this. Eventually the with enough wear the joint will become loose enough that it may bind and either shatter the joint or shear the shaft.
First just listen for which side its coming from. Its not unlikely in your case of negligence that both sides are bad. To confirm, you can jack up the front end and look for torn boots and play in the shaft from that joint. Replace damaged sides, the auto parts store will charge a core fee unless you bring them your damaged drive shafts. You will likely run into problems removing the shafts. That is probably a level 6 out of 10 job, and requires certain tools. I'm sure you can either read the manual or do a search for specifics on removing drive shafts.
