2.1L? that might be going a little overboard isn't it? or overbored depending on how you look at it, HAH!

I read the other thread where you said you were thinking about getting your work done through Full Race since they are local to you.

I'm getting earl to build up my head and block for me. Here is a list of stuff that he is going to be doing. He suggested using an LS crank along with an 83mm bore size to bump up my displacement to 1925cc's and I thought it was a good idea.

HEAD
SuperTech 0.5mm oversized valves
SuperTech valvesprings (say bye-bye to the Skunk2 valve springs)
SuperTech titanium retainers
keep GSR cams or maybe upgrade to ITR cams
Portflow Port and Polish
Hot tank
Deshroud valves
3 angle valve job
surfacing
new seals

BLOCK
Benson Sleeves install/cylinder hone (Dan Benson will do all the work)
Benson balanced/micropolished crank (gonna go with an LS crank)
CP Pistons and rings (83mm pistons + LS crank = 1925cc)
Manley Rods (since Pauters were on backorder)
ACL bearings
OEM oil/water pump
Gasket/seal set
Blue print and assembly
Hot tank, cleaned, surfaced, etc

Just the stuff listed above will run me about $4800-$4900 somewhere around there. I had to ship my bare head down and that cost $75 through UPS 3 day select. Not sure how much the block will cost to ship, but I'm estimating $100-$200. For all the other stuff you listed such as the catch can IM, IM gasket, and fluidyne rad I'd guess around $700-$800 if you buy it all new.
