Default VTEC head comparison-

Does any has some pictures of there Cyl. Head off the Block for our Preludes

The reason why is I used to have B17A and B18A Cyl.Head and notice that the B18A head has a smaller chanber for more horsepower

Could it possible for the 5th gen head is better than the 4rth Gen?

You are talking about the B18C head, right? I haven't read on any differences with the quench pads or volumes between H22As. Even the gsr/type r heads are different from eachother. I prefer the gsr, though.

BTW, where can I find info on this skunk2 manifold?

Alright, I'll lie to you. They are exactly the same. If you find out otherwise, be sure to let me know. I know the GSR has flushed quench pads, but it may be due to the fact that the itr and b16a have higher compression pistons, so more space for expansion??? As for the H22s, still can't help ya, yet..... The type-s has a different head, it's ported...hehehe
