I used this for awhile on my crx. I swapped it out for a bigger t3. The downpipe points straight back, so yo just need to put in a flexpipe and than the flange welded to the piping bolts up to your stock exhaust. The downpipe has a 02 sensor welded in. The turbo has the oil return fitting on and will include the oil return line. The downpipe is 2.5 inch. Turbo spools up fine with very little shaft play. The adaptor plate is made by Weir racing and is top notch quality. There are OEM gaskets between the manifold-adaptor and adaptor-turbo. Also the gasket for turbo to downpipe. THe HF manifold is port matched.
