every time i press down on the gas, there is a clicking noise coming from under the hood, even while im driving there is a non-stop clicking noise and its so annoying, the mechanic said it sounds like its coming from the tranny (automatic), but he wasnt sure, what could it be?

 

how loud? injectors perhaps, they are loud on hondas

 

Could possibly be your valves as well. They may need to be adjusted or could it be that you're not used to Honda's loud valves? They're are known to be loud, even when properly adjusted.
